my boo!

"my boo"...there seems to be some confusion as to what this term means...at least when i use it. i see a lot of people, mainly guys, think i'm referring to my roomie in some sorta romantic way. no way jose. it's not like that my friends. "my boo" is a term of endearment for me. it really just means i don't hate you, and you're prolly a good friend to me. now, if i'm referring to a guy in that way, i'm prolly crushin' on him or have some type of interest in him, but the platonic version could still occur here. so for the record, my boo, my roomie, nikki, is not a love interest of mine at all, just a good friend of mine.
