"As a comprehensive system that regulates the built environment through controls on use, bulk, and parking, can zoning be utilized to further the long term sustainability of the city and enable the city to adapt to climate change? This forum will present new ideas for how land use planning and the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York can be utilized to achieve these important goals."
