so while in ny, i had the pleasure of meeting rich, 1 half of the group christian rich. i was pretty drunk, and was focused on supporting my chicago peeps performing at 205 during cmj, but none the less i made a new friend amidst my 2/3am partying. ahmmm...excuse me? did you say you don't know who this is? well lemme put you up on game...homie.
christian rich is not a rap group. they are not a new dj formation. hell! they aren't even new! these twin brothers, hailing from chicago, have actually been in the music industry since their teenage years, producing music for the likes of lil kim, clipse, and foxy brown. to simply put it, they are artists, with a passion for music. no matter what area of the game, they can do it. music is fun and comes easy to them and keeps them breathing and waking up each day. and now me too. i have to say christian rich has a soft spot for the ladies. with songs like famous girl, countdown, and morning dew, i'm in thug love, autotune heaven! but please don't get it twisted. there is a mixture of eclectic beats, clever rhyming, high bpms, and drums.
