cassie for dimepiece...

so if you haven't figured it out yet, i'm a hater, or a harsh critic. i analyze everything from my respected love of design and logical point of view. i love to analyze people, presentation, and functionality. it should always make sense to me, and  when dealing with products, be functional and salable.

when looking at a fashion photo shoot, i always ask myself "what is being sold or showcased?" if you can't figure that out, then the shoot was pointless. art direction is key in photoshoots, and sometimes the idea gets lost in over accessorizing or styling or even celebrity models. there needs to be a balance with everything.

when checking out the dimepiece lookbook with cassie, i am definitely wondering what was the story behind the looks? and what products on cassie are actually dmpc? thinking logically, dmpc is simply streetwear. they havent been around too long, so they aren't completely cut-n-sew yet. ideally, they're still in the t-shirt phase and possibly an accessory here or there, for branding purposes, of course. so looking at everything wholly, i can help but wonder, where did all this other stuff come from? the story doesn't look cohesive yet from the pics @iamdiddy has leaked. but i'm waiting  for the official drop to make a final verdict on this collection. i'm really trying not to come off as a hater since i'm familiar with some of the people behind the scenes...we shall see...

none the less, bad press is still press.
