im back...

ok ok ok ooookkaaaay. its been a minute right? oh laaawwdd ya'll have no idea what i've been up to. if you follow me on twitter (which you should, i am hilarious) then you may have some idea of whats been going on. i'm working and interning a lot, and have been completely consumed with a relationship unlike any other i've been in before. again with the emotional rollercoaster. i can't blog about this in one sitting. i can't even remember all the things that's happened in the past 1.5 months with this guy, but its a been lot. outside of that, i survived cmj! it just ended this past weekend, and ended with such a bang. saturday nite was the redbull space "dont ask me about my fucking party" party and the creme de la creme show. the redbull party was outta control, and i didnt even get in. i was supposed to be V.I.P! but from what i hear and could see, the doormen weren't honoring a guestlist. the door was sooo hectic and unproperly managed.  artists couldn't even get in! the crowd in front of the door was too rowdy and i'm sure was a lot of the problem. hella people got kicked out, lots of fights i hear, and the party was shut down early. and the worst thing is my boo went to jail for fighting. no one really knows what happened. not even him, apparently bc he was too fucked up. but he thinks he was jumped by like 4 dudes. been dealing with that all weekend, tryna piece the story together and get help get him out, and keep the communication flowing between the friends n fam. aaaarrrgggh!!! anywho so i left that party and went to the creme de la creme show where chi-town and atl was holding it down. i met a few new artists including shawn christopher from l.a and rob roy. i met atl's pill early in the week too. although the sound system wasnt that great, the show's were awesome, just bc i knew most of the artist personally. he say, she say's drea did great. her stage presence is more engaging than i can remember from before. erryone know's nigel aka hollywood holt gives an energizing, invigorating performance, but i have to say donnis stole the show. 1. he had pill come out and do "trap goin h.a.m" which is like my internal alarm song 2. some drunk guy tried to pull a kanye/lil mama on stage but got beat down!!! he tried to punch "the danager"!!! dan handled that tho, and then erryone else got a piece too. and right after he was removed from the stage, we resumed to rockin n ragin again.

my homie, brandon from ends-wealth, is throwing an event this monday called happiness has imposters. its a concept he idealized in college. i went to his senior art show at depaul, which was themed around this and was awesome btw. he has a unique way of displaying his thoughts about conscious material. this particular theme is personal for brandon because its surrounded him his whole life, affecting the male figures in his life. the video below is brandon's attempt to explain the concept and how he came to the idea and upcoming shit to expect from ends-wealth corp.

with all the heartbreak and disrespect i've received from one particular person in the past few days, this advice would've been helpful a few years back. take heed people.

If a man wants you,
